On Friday, April 18, MNsure mailed a verification notice approximately 1,000 households where one or more members are enrolled in a qualified health plan (QHP) and have one or more outstanding verifications related to citizenship, lawful presence and/or incarceration status. Consumers will have until May 23, 2025, to return the verification(s) to MNsure. Consumers who fail to provide the missing verification(s) by the deadline will have their coverage end on May 31, 2025. This notification is part of MNsure’s annual compliance process.
