Due to a state law change beginning June 15, 2025:

• Undocumented applicants who are age 18 or older are not eligible for MinnesotaCare.
• Undocumented individuals age 18 or older who were enrolled in MinnesotaCare on June 15, 2025, remain eligible through December 31, 2025, if they continue to meet eligibility criteria.
