Effective June 25, 2025, the temporary process of closing cases in lieu of reporting life event changes (LECs) ended. The ARC will no longer be accepting requests to close cases. Please submit LEC requests following their normal processes which can be found in /assister-central/helping-consumers/report-changes/index.jspReporting Application Changes of the Helping Consumers section on Assister Central.
