Insurance rates and plan options are now available for the 2026 open enrollment period. Consumers and assisters can preview 2026 health and dental plans by using MNsure's online plan comparison tool. As before, the tool also provides estimated financial assistance, including tax credits or public program eligibility.

New in 2026:

• All Easy Compare plans include four free primary care visits.
• All bronze plans sold through MNsure are health savings account (HSA)-eligible.
• Two more dental insurance companies — Companion and Humana — to choose from.

Please remember that while 2026 plans are available to view, Minnesotans will not be able to enroll until open enrollment starts. MNsure's open enrollment period begins Saturday, November 1, 2025, and runs through Thursday, January 15, 2026.
