Periodic Data Matching (PDM) is a process whereby once per year, public program cases ping against databases to verify continued program eligibility. If a discrepancy is noted, notification is sent to the consumer. The next steps in this situation are for the consumer to reach out to the agency. The ARC is unable to resolve or amend cases with unresolved PDM. Further information about PDM can be found here.
