Plan selections made between December 16, 2025, and January 15, 2026, will be for coverage starting February 1, 2026.

Special Enrollment Periods

Consumers who qualify for a special enrollment period (SEP) may still be able to enroll with a January 1 effective date. The steps for enrollment differ depending on a consumer’s situation.
