MNsure is preparing to release a request for proposals (RFP) for the fiscal year 2027 MNsure Navigator Grant program. On January 28, 2026, the MNsure Board approved a policy statement that sets the parameters of the RFP. Please be aware of the anticipated timeline for this year’s grant process:

• Early February 2026 – Request for proposals issued
• Mid-February – Information Session for potential applicants
• Mid-February – Deadline for submitting questions regarding RFP
• Late February – Responses to questions posted
• Early March – Grant proposals due
• Early July – Grant awards announced publicly, grant contracts begin
