The MinnesotaCare (MCRE) premium online payment portal can be accessed at https://payments.dhs.state.mn.us/mcre.aspx.

The following are needed to complete a payment and can be obtained from ARC. 

• Consumer’s case number
• Bill number (also referred to as the Obligation ID)
• Premium amount 

To ensure coverage for the upcoming month, payments must be made by noon on the last business day of the month. Payments can also be made by telephone at 651-297-3862.
