Training Requirements to Access New MNsure Portal

Before certified navigators and CACs can utilize their new MNsure portal to access consumer information and act on behalf of consumers, they must complete these training requirements available on your “Learning Path” in the MNsure Learning Center.

- MNsure Portal Access Assessment
The MNsure Portal Access Assessment consists of 24 questions based on information presented in the MN-EES training webinars offered in May and June. The assessment evaluates your understanding of MN-EES and the new MNsure portal. If you were unable to attend a webinar, or need a refresher, you can review these presentations to gain the knowledge to pass the assessment: MN-EES: The Consumer Experience and MNsure Portal for Navigators/CACS. The PowerPoint slides are found in the /assister-central/shared-resources/assister-resources/index.jspAssister Resources section on Assister Central. A minimum score of 80% is required to master the assessment.
