MN-EES is Live!

7/2/2026 2:29:03 PM

On Wednesday, July 1, MNsure’s new system eligibility and enrollment system, MN-EES, went live. Consumers can begin their application and enrollment journey at www.mnsure.org.

After you have activated your MNsure portal account, you can bookmark this page to log directly into MN-EES: https://enroll.mnsure.org/hix/.

All QHP eligible consumers and were migrated to the new system and accounts were set up for all assisters who had completed the necessary training requirements. On Wednesday morning, account activation emails were sent to assisters and consumers.

How can you confirm an account activation email is from MNsure?

·        The email will come from the address noreply@system.mnsure.org

·        The subject line is usually “Activate your new MNsure account” or “Claim your new MNsure account”.

·        For assisters, the email will have a direct link to click to activate the account that starts with “https://enroll.mnsure.org/hix/...”

·        Consumer activation emails may direct them to go to a website (https://enroll.mnsure.org/hix/accessCode) to claim their account with a unique Access Code.

·        We shared some /assets/2026-July-Navigator-CAC-Webinar_tcm34-758131.pdfaccount activation troubleshooting tips for assisters during the Navigator/CAC Statewide webinar this week.

Our focus now is to help everyone get used to the new system and new ways of doing business. We know you are on the front lines, so please share any challenges you are experiencing. We take those concerns seriously. And we are closely monitoring how things are working to take steps to address any issues – big or small – as quickly as possible.

If you are having issues accessing the new system or if you have questions about the way the system functions, please make use of the Assister Resources section on Assister Central, and contact the ARC and Broker Line to report any issues of concerns.
