Policy Clarification: Broker Service Line Procedure

The Broker Team is able to assist with questions regarding MNsure broker and/or assister policies.

Key Points:

  • Contact by phone or email
  • Broker Service Line staff will attempt to answered based on available resources.
  • Broker Service Line staff is unable to answer specific case policy questions if the consumer has not completed an application.
  • Broker Service Line staff may ask for more information or refer you to a resource to help clarify policy questions on a specific situation.
  • To determine eligibility for your client, complete an application. Broker Service Line staff is unable to predict a consumer's eligibility.
