Technical Issues: Broker Service Line Procedure

The Broker Team is able to assist with questions regarding any technical issues you may run into while completing account creation, password resets, applications, enrollments and life event changes.

Key points:

  • Contact by phone or email
  • MNsure's online services are only accessible using a desktop or laptop computer. Tablets and smartphones cannot be used for accessing MNsure's online marketplace.
  • Please complete basic troubleshooting steps before escalating cases for further review.
    • Try multiple internet browsers.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies multiple times.
    • Clear your browsing history back to the beginning of time.
    • Restart your computer.
  • If the Broker Team needs to escalate a technical issue on your behalf, send a screenshot and a description of the error you are getting. Those can be sent to us following the Secure Email Policy.
