Process for Certifying Staff
Individuals seeking MNsure certification as a navigator or certified application counselor must complete a background study. New staff will work with their authorized agency contact to complete the background study process.
Authorized Agency contacts must also provide new staff with a Background Study Consent form (PDF). The authorized agency contact will submit the completed form online to MNsure along with proper identification.
Individuals may receive an email if an issue occurs during the background study process. Visit the Background Studies FAQ page for more information.
