Process for Certifying Staff
Individuals seeking MNsure certification as a navigator or certified application counselor must complete a background study. New staff will work with their authorized agency contact to complete the background study process.
- Authorized Agency contacts will provide new staff with the Background Study Process for Certifying Staff Tip Sheet (PDF). This tip sheet provides the steps certifying staff needs to take to complete their background study.
- Authorized Agency contacts must also provide new staff with a Background Study Consent form (PDF). The authorized agency contact will submit the completed form online to MNsure along with proper identification.
