Thank you to all the assisters who are using the online life event form to submit life events in anticipation of open enrollment. Due to a recent update to the tool, we need to revise the way that assisters enter their information into the online tool. Specifically, assisters should be entering their contact information into both the “Navigator, CAC, and Broker Information” AND “Information about the Person Reporting the Change” sections of the online tool.
MNsure has put together /assets/Common-Errors-in-Reporting-Life-Events-using-the-Online-Form-updated-20170818_tcm34-309108.pdfa guide with screen-shots which shows assisters the correct way to fill in the online tool. Going forward, assisters should follow the procedure outlined in that guide.
MNsure is in the process of updating all its training materials to reflect the new process. Those materials have been taken off assister central and MNsure will re-post them as soon as they are updated.
