When completing a Case Status Request form, the LEC option under "Type of Status Requested" is only for changes reported to MNsure for QHP-eligible cases. This option should not be used for changes reported to other agencies such as the county or DHS.

The ARC is unable to provide status on changes reported to other agencies. For changes reported to other agencies, the ARC team will only be able to give the current determination of the case not the status of the change. To check the status of a change reported to an agency other than MNsure, please contact the agency where the change was reported.
