DHS announced enhanced changes to the Need-to-Renew (NTR) process that will go into production on September 21, 2019. The changes were presented during the monthly navigator/CAC webinar this week. Changes include:

• Added new subsection on the form called “Reporting New Income” to the income information section.
• Enhanced income information table to capture updates only
• Enhanced PAI section – adds detail to figuring out PAI and how to complete the section
• Updated income adjustments section
• Enhanced health care results table on renewal notice
