It takes approximately seven to 10 business days for an account to be created. Please do not resend manual account creation forms that have been previously sent or submit the same manual account creation request via multiple paths, for example fax and email. Doing this will result in processing delays and the creation of multiple accounts for the same consumer which will cause confusion for the consumer and assister.
