If a consumer’s employer offers HRAs to assist with the purchase of a 2020 health plan, they may not qualify for tax credits to assist with the purchase of a 2020 health plan through MNsure. The employer will provide the consumer with a notice that can be used to determine how the HRA will affect the tax credit available to them.
