Processing Status Updates

Manual Account Creation Requests: MNsure account requests received between April 18 and noon on April 25 have been sent to MNIT for processing. Although accounts may be created more quickly, it is necessary to allow processing time of seven - 10 business days. If you submitted an account request between April 18 and 25, the earliest date to check for a status will be May 9.

As a reminder, for online account creation requests, two secure emails will be sent to the email address that is entered in the online request. One email will contain the user ID and the other, the password. If you are unable to locate these emails, please check spam and junk folders.

Remember, to check the status of an online account request, please check your ACRe account. If the status of your request is "processing," we are still waiting for an account to be created. If the status of your request is "complete," then an account has been created. All other inquiries and status checks must be emailed securely to navigators@state.mn.us or brokers@state.mn.us.

MNsure Life Events: MNsure is currently processing life events reported on or before April 16. Assisters that have reported a life event online or through the ARC or Broker Line will receive a secure email with the results once the life event has been processed.

Life events for MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance-eligible consumers are not processed by MNsure. For Medical Assistance renewal questions, please contact a county agency and for MinnesotaCare renewal questions, please call MinnesotaCare Operations.
