Recently we have seen many CSRs with duplicate requests for status updates after a determination has been shared with the agency on a previous CSR request. If the ARC has shared who the processing agency is on a case, please remove this case from your CSR template. For additional assistance on the case follow up must be done with that specific agency. The ARC is unable to provide any additional information or support on the case.

Submitting a case multiple times on a CSR increases processing time of all CSRs as the ARC is spending time researching cases that they have already advised on. Thank you for your cooperation!
