Due to the Stay at Home Order, account request forms must be submitted via fax or email to navigators@mnsure.org. Submitting these requests via mail, may cause a delay in processing.
Some assisters are facing the challenge of submitting the form and consumer verification documents together electronically. For this reason, assisters are permitted to submit these items separately.
If sending via email, Account Request forms and verification documents MUST be sent via /assister-central/shared-resources/joint-policies/secure-email.jspsecure email.
