MNsure will begin the first step in the 2021 open enrollment renewal process for QHP-eligible consumers by updating their eligibility for 2021. Life events must be reported and processed prior to September 20, 2020, in order to be reflected in the consumer’s renewal notice. Between September 20 and approximately September 28, MNsure must suspend processing life events while renewal data is being processed and eligibility is updated.

Remember: Life events for MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance-eligible consumers are not processed by MNsure. Please contact MinnesotaCare or the county for the status of those life events.
