DHS will continue to follow the existing COVID-19 renewal process for January renewals.  

• DHS will not send January 2021 renewal forms for cases selected as need to renew in METS for both Medical Assistance (MA) and MinnesotaCare cases. We will continue to send notices for METS cases that auto-renew (AR). 
• DHS will not send January 2021 renewal forms, household report forms (HRF) and six-month report forms to MA enrollees (including MA-EPD enrollees) and Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) enrollees in MAXIS. 
• Additional information will be provided about renewals once the federal emergency ends or changes.
