DHS has released /assets/DHS-talking-points-public-health-emergency_tcm34-450769.pdftalking points which provide assisters with answers to questions that MA and MinnesotaCare consumers may have during the COVID-19 public health emergency. The guide covers topics regarding renewal questions and reporting account changes.
It is important that consumers understand they must report account changes during the public health emergency. If a consumer receives a renewal notice, they should review the notice and report necessary changes to their servicing agency.
