The American Rescue Plan includes several key health care provisions to the Affordable Care Act that will expand benefits available to Minnesotans only through MNsure. This includes:

• An increase in the amount of tax credits – MNsure enrollees will receive to help them pay for the premiums on their private health insurance.
• An expansion of tax credits to middle-income Minnesotans whose household income was too high to qualify for financial help.
