To better serve the limited English proficiency population, ARC, Broker Service Line and contact center representatives are now asking assisters and consumers for their preferred spoken language when they call MNsure. This information is stored in MNsure’s contact resource management system (CRM). Once stored in the CRM record, when a language other than English is listed, representatives will ask the caller if they would like an interpreter.
