The ARC cannot accept verification documents via fax or secure email. 

• MNsure verifications should be uploaded here using MNsure’s Upload Supporting Documents tool. The tool can be found by entering “upload” in the search bar on the MNsure.org homepage.
• Verifications for Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare cases should be sent to the requesting agency. 

ARC team members are also unable provide processing timelines and verify if submitted verifications are acceptable. Consumers should follow guidelines provided on the notice that they receive for what verifications are needed and acceptable.
