The ARC team has seen an increase in the number of duplicate applications, including applications in which the client already is public-program eligible. Please save time by checking to be sure the client does not have an open case prior to doing a new application. The ARC team always looks for open cases when doing password resets.

Paper applications are unlikely to be seen by ARC agents immediately. Please wait three weeks before inquiring if one has been processed or contact the agency directly.
