MNsure is pleased to announce that as of today, August 26, individuals who call the Contact Center will be given the option to hear the IVR (automated voice recorded system) in English, Spanish, Somali or Hmong. This change provides prompts in the language of their choice and instructs the caller to ask for an interpreter once a MNsure representative answers their call.
We appreciate the input from stakeholders that contributed to this improvement and are pleased to implement this option to improve equity in access for all Minnesotans. MNsure continues to work toward improving the service experience for underserved populations who need the security of health insurance.
