A reminder that MNsure can no longer accept expired driver's licenses and ID cards as forms of valid identification for manual account requests. Based on guidance from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, MNsure was temporarily accepting expired driver’s licenses as a valid form of ID under an extension program. However, the program ended on March 31, 2021, and expired licenses or ID cards are not valid forms of ID and cannot be accepted for the creation of an account.
