MNsure has been experiencing some technical issues with our secure email process. Please be aware:
The Assister Resource Center and Broker Service Line are now able to open any secure email you have sent. You DO NOT need to resend any secure emails that were previously sent.
If you are having difficulty opening a secure email from MNsure, select the “Use a one-time passcode” option instead of the “Sign in” option. You will receive a separate email from “Microsoft Office 365 Message Encryption” with a one-time passcode that you enter into the field.
