Need to inquire about the status of applications, agent of record, enrollments or life event changes on multiple clients? Send the Assister Resource Center (ARC) or Broker Service Center an email! ARC and Broker Service Line staff can answer up to (20) twenty inquiries per email using the Case Status Request Form found on Navigator One Stop and Broker One Stop. Inquiries are handled by all members of these teams.
