Assisters are often the first ones that notice something unusual during the account creation or application submission process. If you come across an error message in a unique place or a part of the process not working as it should, please email the following information to navigators@mnsure.org.
We send each report to the tech team for review. If you experience the same issue with multiple consumers, we would be glad to have information for each instance as it helps the tech team find potential patterns and may help solve the issue more quickly. When they have identified and resolved the issue, the ARC team will notify you via email. We appreciate your help in solving future tech problems!
