The ARC will be discontinuing the use of the ARC fax number as of March 31, 2023. 

The fax number was being used for submitting Background Study Consent forms and MNsure Account Request forms and with changes to the processes in background study submission and the online account request eForm, it has been recognized that there is no longer a need for the fax number.
