The Minnesota Department of Human Services will send a second text asking Minnesota Health Care Programs members to update their contact information on May 24, 2023. The first text message was sent on May 15. DHS will send the text to the head of household with a valid cell phone number on file. DHS will send all text messages from number 28343.

The text will state:

Minnesota DHS: Have you recently moved or has your contact information changed? Update your address, email and phone number to receive important updates from DHS and avoid losing your health insurance.
