    Navigator Tip of the Week: MAXIS Cases

    The best practice is to call the servicing agency directly for MAXIS cases. ARC staff can provide the following limited information about these cases:

    • Active cases: PMI, case number, servicing agency, and effective dates
    • Pending cases: Case number and servicing agency. Questions about why the case is pending and verifications needed must go to the servicing agency. 
    • MAXIS Renewals: The ARC cannot provide the application date or status of a MA
