DHS has developed a tool so that Medical Assistance and MinnesotaCare enrollees can look up their renewal month. The tool can be found on the DHS webpage at mn.gov/dhs/renewmycoverage/.

To use the lookup, enrollees must enter their case number and member number. If people in the household are on different programs, the tool provides the renewal month for the member number that is entered.

The renewal look up tool lets enrollees know when to watch their mail for the renewal packet so they can prepare to complete the renewal form and return it quickly.
