Enhancements to the /help/find-assister/find-assister.jspAssister Directory are now live in public searches! Consumers can now modify their searches to specify whether they are looking for remote or in-person assistance.;

If agency administrators have not done so already, they should log in to Agency Management Program (AMP) to update this information for staff listed on the directory. The new directory listing options are in the “Public-Facing Information” section for each person on the agency’s staff roster.
