A new document portal, Health Care Consumer Support (HCCS) Document Portal for Partners and Providers (DHS-8174A), is now available for you to use. The HCCS Document Portal for Partners and Providers allows assisters and other partners and providers to electronically submit documents to HCCS and the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) managed care teams for cases in which HCCS is the responsible agency.
Please begin using the document portal immediately to send documents to HCCS.
Documents you can submit through this portal include, but are not limited to, MinnesotaCare applications and renewals, health plan enrollments for MinnesotaCare, and proofs and verifications.

Do not submit documents processed by counties, tribes, or MNsure.
