MNsure is preparing to release a request for proposals (RFP) for the FY 2025 Navigator Grant for LGBTQ+ Community on Monday, October 21. This grant will support a professional workforce of experienced navigators with a year-round commitment to providing application and renewal assistance for public and private health insurance options. The RFP will fund agencies with established connections to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer (LGBTQ+) community and people living with, or disproportionately impacted by, HIV. Agencies must demonstrate an organizational commitment to community outreach, the ability to connect this population to coverage options available through public programs or subsidized private health insurance, and the capacity to collect and report data.

RFP responses are due by 1 p.m. Central time on November 6, 2024. All questions regarding the forthcoming RFP must be emailed to navigatorgrants@mnsure.org.
