Use of ARC Phone Line 

The ARC phone line is specifically designated for certified navigators and certified application counselors (CACs). The ARC staff cannot speak to consumers except when getting their authorization to work with a navigator or CAC, or when doing a manual enrollment or reporting certain life events. Please do not give out the ARC phone number to your clients. Clients can call the agency that owns their case (i.e., county for MA, DHS for MCRE, or MNsure for QHP).
