Qualifying Life Events for Special Enrollment 

The ARC is not able to provide a navigator or CAC with potential /new-customers/enrollment-deadlines/special-enrollment/sep-le/index.jspqualifying life events (QLEs) for enrollment. The client must identify their QLE and complete the questionnaire. If required, verification documents should then be uploaded. Once verification documents have been uploaded, the assister can call the ARC to open shopping.

If a client is uncertain about the end date of their public program coverage, they should contact the agency that provided their coverage.
