The 2025 open enrollment season is right around the corner! Prior to the start of open enrollment every certified broker, navigator and CAC must complete recertification requirements (including those who were recently certified).

Beginning on Monday, August 5, the one-hour online training — Data Security, Accessibility, Compliance and Ethics — will be available in the MNsure Learning Center. All currently certified staff will receive an email notification with instructions for completing recertification. The deadline to complete this training is Thursday, October 17.

Please note: Assisters can begin completing the coursework on August 5, but there will initially be a delay in course completions being recorded in BAMP and AMP and individuals receiving their recertification confirmation email. The Broker Service Line and ARC will not be responding to individuals who email or call to check on the status of their recertification until after September 1. Remember, your current certification status remains active through October 17.
