Calling the ARC

Some reminders about calling the ARC:

  • Always provide your assister ID along with your first and last name. If a consumer is present, you can provide your first name, last initial and your organization’s name.
  • Make sure to have three personal identifiers from the consumer before calling.

Language Line

Did you know the Language Line is available free for assisters to use? The Language Line is the same resource that is used by the ARC. Visit the /assister-central/shared-resources/joint-policies/lep.jspLimited English Proficiency section on Assister Central for additional information about how to use this resource.
