Agency administrators should check staff agency rosters in BAMP (Broker Agency Management Program) and AMP (Agency Management Program) for accuracy to ensure a smooth recertification process. The following information should be accurate and up to date:

• Agency roster: Change staff who are no longer active to inactive.
• Individual staff: Contact information, especially email addresses, must be correct.
• Directory information: Are the languages spoken and counties served up to date? Remember, only list counties where a consumer can meet with you in-person. If a consumer chooses to search the assister directory by location, we assume they are looking to find a navigator with a location near where they live.
