With the renewal period fast approaching, it is important to remind consumers to review their applications for accuracy. If the information on a consumer’s application is not current when MNsure begins processing renewals, their eligibility for 2025 coverage may not be determined correctly. During this time, remind consumers to:

• Verify their username and/or password.
• Verify the address, phone and email address on their account are current.
• Report life changes which include but are not limited to a change in job, family size or income that has already changed or will change within seven days.
