Special Enrollment or Life Event Changes: Please do not send verifications for special enrollment or life event changes to the ARC vie email, even securely. Verifications cannot be processed there. Please use the established upload channels:

• For SEP verifications: Documents / MNsure  
• For Eligibility or LEC verifications: MNsure

Emails sent from the ARC about LEC follow ups, tech issues, and enrollment escalations should not be replied to as we cannot make changes or update these issues via email. Please call in with questions about follow up emails.
