MNsure has completed processing renewals for consumer’s currently eligible for a qualified health plan and updated their eligibility for financial assistance in 2025. We are resuming processing life events that have been reported.  

Remember: if a consumer is reporting a change to their 2024 income between now and November 30, both the 2024 and 2025 projected annual income (PAI) must be included. Beginning December 1, only the 2025 PAI should be reported along with an income change.
