MNsure is excited to announce that beginning Tuesday, September 3, the Broker Service Line will offer a call back option to enhance your experience and streamline communication.
With this new feature, during busy times, you will be given the expected wait time and offered a call back that will hold your place in the call queue. You may decline a call back and continue to wait on the line. If you accept the call back, you will be asked to provide your name and confirm the phone number where you can be reached for a call back. When it is your turn in the call queue, we will make three attempts to reach you, spaced five minutes apart. Please note that the call back time provided is just an estimate, and while we strive to be as accurate as possible, there may be some variations.
If you are not calling from a direct line, please provide a phone number for a direct line for your call back. If you do not have a direct phone number, your best experience will be to decline the call back option and continue to wait on the line.
We are launching this option in advance of open enrollment to allow us time to fine-tune the process to serve you better. We welcome your feedback regarding your experience with this new feature. Please send your comments to brokers@mnsure.org.
