The ARC gets many questions about claims-related issues. Unfortunately, these questions are outside of our scope. This includes:

• Carrier names for Pre-Paid Medical Assistance Programs (PMAP)
• Ability to bill for prescriptions including Rx Bin numbers.
• MinnesotaCare premiums (whether there is a premium, what the amount is, whether it has been paid, and if MCRE is active).
• We cannot troubleshoot on why someone who is active in an eligibility system does not come up in MN-ITS or another claims system.

Questions around these issues should be addressed to the appropriate agency.
